Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

To request a replacement, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear unboxing images or videos as proof.

Once verified, an approved replacement will be shipped. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.
